Five Unreleased Britney Spears Songs Leak

Britney Spears fans all round the world are in capital spirits today after hearing five never before heard songs from the pop princess. The medicine was leaked sporadically over the past 24 hours, and though no one is certainly of the exact source, we're quite thankful for the new Britney tracks. Though leaks are usually bad word for an artist, most of these songs were recorded years ago and then shelved, so there really seems no damage in enjoying them.

Merry Britmas, everyone!

In my opinion, the leaks are worth listening to whether you are a Spears fan or not. If you wish to dance, you'll love "911", "Dangerous", "Rock Star", and my favorite, "Abroad." With lots of sexy lyrics over heavy beats, they're loads of fun and will certainly be damned at clubs around the earth tonight. There's no news on why these songs are coming out at this special time, though many are speculating that it has something to do with Britney's upcoming remix album, which will be released after this year. There are likewise a few whispers that it has something to do with RCA Records shutting down its subsidiary companies Arista, J, and Jive Records; the latter of which Spears has been with since 1998. Whatever the reason, I'm thrilled to make new Britney songs, especially ones I love as often as these.

The most interesting track of the crowd is a ballad titled "Every Day", which was co-written by Spears while she was prepping for her big comeback in 2008. It tells the history of a daughter who is heartbroken, yet still has hope. There's none of Britney's trademark auto tune, and you can see that she is singing from the heart. I know it and wishing she would feature songs like this on her albums. Considering what she has been through, it doesn't surprise me that she likes to prevent her music light- the sole thing even near to a lay on her latest album Femme Fatale, "Criminal", is just one at all. In "Criminal", Spears sings of her passion for a guy she knows is bad for her, yet she still can't stay away. "Every Day" is often deeper and seems to contemplate her real life struggles. Check out a taste of the lyrics below:
Footsteps in the rain, memories wash away Beyond the headlight glare, it's form of darkness out there And everywhere I've been, it's difficult to see a friend I've got no alibis for the country I'm in Everybody needs, needs a point to go God knows I have seen it's a twisting, winding road
You can listen to "Every Day" here, and don't forget to break out "Abroad", "Dangerous", "911", and "Rock Star" as well.
